“Important notice: When following the instructions below, keep this paragraph in mind. Always activate the MMS drops with one of the food acids, either lemon juice drops, or lime juice drops, or citric acid solution drops (to make citric acid solution add 1 level tablespoon of citric acid and 9 tablespoons of water. Store it in a bottle with a lid.)

Always use 5 drops of one of these food acids to each one drop of MMS, mix in an empty dry glass and wait at least 3 minutes, then add 1/3 to 2/3 glass of water or juice and drink. (You can expand the 3 minutes out to 10 minutes, and after adding the juice or water you can wait up to an hour before drinking.)

“All protocol for taking MMS in the Americas starts with one or two drops. Never start with more than one or two drops. People who are very sick and/or sensitive should start with a 1/2 drop. Activate the drops as given above. Or activate one drop and dilute then pour out half of the mixture to make 1/2 drop.

“When the procedure is going well — If you do Okay and do not notice nausea on the first dose, increase by one drop for the second dose. If you notice nausea reduce the amount of MMS for the next dose. Do two doses a day, one in the morning and one in the evening. Continue to increase by one drop each time you take a new dose. When you notice nausea, reduce the dose by one drop, or for bad diarrhea reduce it by 2 or 3 drops. Usually, reduce for one or two times before going back to the amount that it took to make you nauseous.

Note: If you notice diarrhea, or even vomiting that is not a bad sign. The body is simply throwing off poisons and cleaning itself out. Everyone says that they feel much better after diarrhea. You do not have to take any medicine for diarrhea. It will go away as fast as it came. It will not last. It is not real diarrhea as the body is just cleaning out, and it is not caused by bacteria or viruses. When the poison is gone, the diarrhea is gone.

“Continue to follow the procedure given in 2 above. Until you reach 15 drops twice a day without nausea. At that point increase to 3 times a day. Stay at 3 times a day for at least one week and then reduce the drops to 4 to 6 drops a day for older people and 4 to 6 drops twice a week for younger people.

How to Mix MMS Drops

The Most effective Method of mixing the Water Purification Drops

We have learned from Jim Humble that if you have Candida or simply cannot tolerate vinegar when mixing your water purification Drops, citric acid works well. Below are his instructions for using citric acid.

Obtain citric acid in powder form as citric acid crystals. Some health food stores carry them, or you can order them from a pharmacy or supplier on line.

To make a 10% solution of citric acid: Put one level tablespoon full of crystals in a clean glass or jar. Then add 9 level tablespoons full of purified water into the same jar. When the crystals have dissolved, this is a 10% solution. In all cases when using the citric acid as an activator, use 5 drops for each 1 drop of water purification Drops –MMS. Do everything else the same. Wait 3 minutes after mixing, add juice and drink.

When using the citric acid as an activator, be sure to keep in mind all of the other instructions concerning taking the water purification Drops — MMS. Start with taking 1 drop of water purification Drops –MMS and 5 drops of citric acid and then work up to greater amounts.

Remember, you need at least as much vinegar as water purification Drops. Even a little bit more is okay. An easy way to measure your vinegar is to use 1/4 tsp. per 1-6 drops of MMS and 1/2 tsp. per 7-15 drops of MMS. If you have candida, don’t use vinegar!
When using the citric acid solution, as mentioned above, you need 5 drops citric acid solution to each drop of water purification Drops or MMS. Since droppers come in various sizes, you may want to use the same size dropper for the water purification Drops and the citric acid, so you know you are getting enough for good activation.
The MMS solution or as we now have to call it “water purification drops” are a 28% sodium chlorite in distilled water. You can produce chlorine dioxide with a single drop, when an “activator” of vinegar, lemon juice, or a 10% solution of citric acid is added. The latter two activators are recommended for people with Lyme disease.It might take a year to kill all of the Lyme Disease in a person. “Applications” of chlorine dioxide range from 1 drop to a maximum of 15, except in life critical situations, where the maximum may be doubled. A “maintenance application” is six drops, with 1/4 teaspoon of activator added. After adding the activator, the chemical reaction that turns sodium chlorite into chlorine dioxide takes only about three minutes. You can wait 5 to 10 minutes if the phone rings or something and you lose track of time.

One important thing Jim Humble discovered is that chlorine dioxide can be made at home by mixing stabilized oxygen (also known as sodium chlorite) with an “activator.” It is the “activator” which converts the sodium chlorite into chlorine dioxide.

Fifty-two years ago — Chlorine dioxide was introduced as a drinking water disinfectant on a large scale in 1956, when Brussels, Belgium, changed from chlorine-to-chlorine dioxide. Its most common use in water treatment is as a pre-oxidant prior to chlorination of drinking water to destroy natural water impurities that produce trihalomethanes on exposure to free chlorine. Trihalomethanes are suspect carcinogenic disinfection by-products associated with chlorination of naturally occurring organics in the raw water.
 
Chlorine dioxide is also superior to chlorine when operating above pH7, in the presence of ammonia and amines and/or for the control of biofilms in water distribution systems. Chlorine dioxide is used in many industrial water treatment applications as a biocide including cooling towers, process water and food processing. Chlorine dioxide is less corrosive than chlorine and superior for the control of legionella bacteria.
 
It is more effective as a disinfectant in most circumstances than chlorine against water borne pathogenic microbes such as viruses, bacteria and protozoa ~ including the cysts of Giardia and the oocysts of Cryptosporidium.

The use of chlorine dioxide in water treatment leads to the formation of the by-product chlorite which is currently limited to a maximum of 1 ppm in drinking water in the USA. This EPA standard limits the use of chlorine dioxide in the USA to relatively high quality water or water which is to be treated with iron based coagulants. (Iron can reduce chlorite to chloride.)

It can also be used for air disinfection, and was the principal agent used in the decontamination of buildings in the United States after the 2001 anthrax attacks. Chlorine dioxide is a highly endothermic compound that can decompose extremely violently when separated from diluting substances. As a result, preparation methods that involve producing solutions of it without going through a gas phase stage are often preferred.

What Is Chlorine Dioxide?


Chlorine dioxide has been studied by scientists for many years and has been mentioned in many scientific journals. However, it was Jim Humble who brought chlorine dioxide to the forefront of alternative medicine.

Jim used 15 drops of chlorine dioxide, followed one hour later by another 15 drops, to cure malaria. AIDS/HIV can also be cured with chlorine dioxide, though the administration of chlorine dioxide is different.

Another thing Jim Humble discovered is that chlorine dioxide can be made at home by mixing stabilized oxygen (also known as: sodium chlorite) with an “activator.” It is the “activator” which converts the sodium chlorite into chlorine dioxide.

Normal stabilized oxygen (e.g., Vitamin O, Aerobic O7 or Aerobic KO7) is usually between 3% and 6% sodium chlorite. This is NOT the same thing as table salt, which is sodium chloride.

Stabilized oxygen (i.e. sodium chlorite) has been used in alternative medicine for several decades. It is used primarily to prevent viral infections, such as colds and the flu, and to treat allergies.

The Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS) is 28% sodium chlorite. The reason for this mixture is so that it will react more readily to the “activator.”

Vendors may sell bottles which recommend adding MMS to some form of vinegar. DO NOT USE VINEGAR WITH MMS!!! Vinegar can actually feed yeast infections.

The three things you can mix with MMS are (these are the three activators): 1) fresh squeezed lemon juice, which you squeeze yourself, 2) fresh squeezed lime juice, which you squeeze yourself, or 3) 10% powdered citric acid

Any of these three items will chemically react to the sodium chlorite to create chlorine dioxide. The powdered citric acid is the preferred item to mix with MMS, if it is purchased from a vendor of MMS. If it is not purchased from a vendor of MMS it may have been sitting on the shelf for many months. But MMS vendors have high turnover of citric acid, thus the product is always fresh.

10% citric acid mixes better with sodium chlorite than lemon juice or lime juice. When using chlorine dioxide transdermally, meaning through the skin, 10% citric acid also penetrates the skin better than lemon juice or lime juice.

The things you should NOT mix with sodium chlorite are just as important as the things you should mix with it. For example, do NOT use any type of bottled lemon juice, such as ReaLemon, as it may have vitamin C added as a preservative.

The bottom line is to always use 10% citric acid, purchased from a vendor of MMS, or if you cannot get that, then use fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice (which you squeezed yourself). Nothing else is acceptable as an activator.

Also note the Miracle Mineral Supplement bottle should NOT be exposed directly to sunlight.
