I am 61 years old and have been very healthy until five years ago. I used Latex gloves for washing dishes and got a blister rash that exacerbated over time and spread all over my body. I was diagnosed with Eczema and prescribed steroids, and Aqueous Cream flat out made it worse. I’ve visited multiple physicians who just kept referring me useless medications and cortisone which I loathe taking; however, when the itch was severe enough, I’d have to use it for a short period anyway.
Later on, another doctor identified that I could have Scabies instead, which looked accurate. After trying Scaby Rid and another all-over medication, the outside skin cleared a lot, but the itch became progressively worse and did not go away even after two months. It has been over a week since my sister-in-law told me about chlorine dioxide, so I started taking 2 activated water purifier drops per hour in a glass of water and also adding drops to my bathwater. My skin was so sore from the itch, and then the burning, painful skin was almost unbearable. Chlorine dioxide water purification drops have started working, and I am gradually beginning to feel much less itchy.
