I use a two-part water purification drops kit that contains chlorine dioxide for myself, and whenever my cats have an infection, I give them a few drops of Part 1. The infection tends to clear up quite quickly. Overall, I have found chlorine dioxide to be an effective PH stabilizer for both my cats and myself.
