Flu-prone No More

I have always been prone to catching the flu and have become familiar with the onset of symptoms such as light-headedness, muscle pain, and weakness.

I have been using 6 drops of chlorine dioxide at the first sign of symptoms. This has been 100% effective in preventing the flu, and I estimate that I have prevented at least 6 cases over a span of 4 years. During this time, I have not had to take any sick leave.

My last flu infection was when I was at work and could only begin my prevention routine after 8 hours. I used 3 prevention doses, about 6 hours apart, but unfortunately, the flu did not go away. However, I did not experience coughing, sneezing, or a stuffy nose, which could indicate that secondary infections were prevented. I decided to observe myself for a while without further chlorine dioxide support, but I felt very tired and sleepy for 2 days, and the flu was not improving. On the 3rd day, I started using chlorine dioxide again, taking 3 drops every 1 to 2 hours, but irregularly due to tiredness. I noticed that I was getting better all the time, and after 10 hours, the flu was completely gone. It was remarkable, considering that most of my colleagues who caught the same virus reported being very ill for 3 or more weeks.

From my experience, I have learned that to prevent disease, one should use 6 drops of chlorine dioxide once. On the other hand, to cure an established disease, 3 drops of chlorine dioxide should be taken every hour. For those who are very ill, the support of a caregiver may be necessary to ensure that chlorine dioxide is used in the right dose at the right time.
